Refund Policy for High5

High5 exclusively serves business customers (B2B).
As a provider of web-based software for aggregating, analyzing, and visualizing customer reviews, we tailor our services specifically to businesses. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds within the scope of our business relationship.

1. Exclusion of Refunds

Under the provisions of Turkish law, business customers are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Contracts between High5 and its customers are binding and final once concluded. Refunds are therefore generally excluded, and customers have no entitlement to a refund after the contract has been signed, regardless of software usage or other circumstances.

2. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be issued in the event of an erroneous charge. This means that a refund will only be granted if a payment was unintentionally or mistakenly processed, such as due to a system error or a billing issue. In such cases, the refund will be processed following a written request and subsequent verification.

The following conditions apply to refunds for erroneous charges:

  • The charge must demonstrably not align with the terms of the actual contract (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate billing).
  • A refund will only be issued if the error is proven to have been caused by High5 or its billing system.
  • The customer must report the erroneous charge within 14 days of the incident to request a refund.

In all other cases, such as contractually agreed payments or billing errors attributable to the customer, there is no entitlement to a refund.

4. Right of Termination

The customer may terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions outlined in the General Terms and Conditions. However, refunds for the remaining contract term are excluded unless otherwise specified in the General Terms and Conditions.

5. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@get-high5.com and must include a detailed explanation along with relevant supporting evidence. High5 reserves the right to review each request on a case-by-case basis and make a decision at its sole discretion.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

This Refund Policy does not establish any entitlement to refunds but serves solely to clarify the applicable conditions.
High5 is not liable for any claims arising from misunderstandings of this policy.
