It all started not with an idea, but with a realization.
After more than ten years in the agency world – with countless projects, conversations, and challenges – we came to a clear conclusion: something was missing.
We had worked closely with restaurants, hotels, spas, and cafés – people who give their all every day to create outstanding guest experiences. But when it came to learning from guest feedback, the tools available often led to disappointment.
There were countless solutions out there – but none that truly captured what matters.
Star ratings, average scores, colorful dashboards – easy on the eye, but empty of real meaning. They failed to show the true needs, thoughts, and emotions behind the words.
What was missing was depth. Context. And above all, the feeling of being truly understood.
That’s when the idea for High5 was born. Not out of a desire to build yet another tool – but out of frustration that none of them really worked.
We didn’t want to optimize what already existed. We wanted to create something entirely new – designed from the ground up through the lens of the people who interact with guests every single day.
What started as a thought became a mission. And today, we’re here – with a team that shares the same passion: to listen, to understand, to make things better.
