How do I register for High5?

To register, simply go to the registration page, enter your email address and a password, and confirm your registration through the link we send you via email.

What should I do if I don’t receive a confirmation email?

If the confirmation email doesn’t arrive, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact our support team.

Can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using the “Forgot Password” option on the login page. A reset link will be sent to your email address.

How can I change my password?

To change your password, click on your name in the top corner of the software and open your profile. In the “Password” section, you can update your password.

To change your email address, please contact our support team. Our team will make the adjustment for you as soon as your request is received.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account, click on your name in the High5 software and open your profile. In the account settings, you will find the “Delete Account” option, which you can select to initiate the deletion process. If you have any active subscriptions, they must be canceled beforehand to proceed with the deletion.

How can I change my language setting?

To adjust your language settings, click on your name in the top corner of the software and open your profile. In the “Information” section, you will find the “Language” option.

Yes, we offer a free version that allows you to analyze and manage all your Google reviews at no cost or credit card required. For every larger package, we offer a free two-week trial period. During this time, you can test all features without obligation. You can cancel the trial subscription at any time within the two-week period without incurring any costs.

What subscription plans are available?

High5 offers three main plans:

  • Free: Use High5 completely free for your Google Reviews
  • Basic: For smaller teams with basic requirements.
  • Professional: For growing businesses with advanced needs.

Additionally, you can request Enterprise Solutions or custom plans through our Support.

Can I cancel my subscription during the trial period?

Yes, the trial period can be terminated at any time without incurring any costs.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Where can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription within the High5 app by clicking the arrow next to your name in the menu. Here, you can upgrade or downgrade packages as well as adjust settings.

What happens if I have multiple business locations?

Each subscription applies to one business location. If you operate multiple locations, you will need a separate subscription for each one. For businesses with many locations, a custom offer is available through our Support.
